「門外有工程令酒店外觀失色。晚上有貨車回收，有點吵。 借餐刀要收€5.- 比只牛油果還要貴。 早餐的餐廳服務員像魂遊，例如：經理帶位去到沒有位。不只一次忘記放茶匙，問了3次也拿不到。 深夜警鐘大響，住客狼狽出房但沒有人跟進。」

「I really enjoyed my stay, the room and bathroom was spacious and modern, the breakfast was really nice and I also used the gym facilities which was totally sufficient for my needs. Would definitely recommend!」

「What a lovely hotel. From booking in to service in the bar and restaurant the staff were professional yet friendly. The room was well appointed. Little touches like a small bottle of real milk (not sachets) and the moulton brown toiletries made it extra special. Would recommend without hesitation. 」

「Check-in isn't user-friendly. You have no idea how to check-in if you don't check the email. The door lock isn't stable. Sometimes you need to try several times to get in. The light of shared bathroom just turns off even if you are taking shower inside.」
