Room was nice there was no conditioner which really in a 5 star hotel should be always checked. Also my benefits was not given or welcomed which again shouldn’t be happening in a 5 star hotel.

Titanic Hotel Liverpool
Amazing hotel, fantastic staff, particularly Hayden on front of house. He couldn't do enough to look after us, make our stay feel extra special. This was our second stay here, we will certainly be back.
