「My husband and I stayed here on a day we went to Achill Island. We only stayed one night here. They have a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, you do have to make a reservation but we were able to easily make a reservation when we arrived to the hotel. We are in the bar area and the food was very good. The view was beautiful. At night our room got pretty chilly and we weren’t able to figure out how to turn the heat up but we were okay. 「First time in Castlebar and found this hotel to be a great location to stay in before my meeting next day. Whilst i arrived after 7pm and the restaurant kitchen closed at 7pm, I rang the reception and they offered me the choice to pre order a dinner - went for Roast Beef. On arrival check-in was very swift, my room was warm and comfortable and dinner when served was delicious. Quiet room with warm shower and great bed - so superb sleep enjoyed.
