"Beautiful hotel in very nice, well maintained surroundings, and a swimming pool. 15 minute walk into downtown Perth. However you should check the cancellation policy before booking. A good idea to also thoroughly read the fine print. We discovered just prior to checking in that guests are not allowed to bring alcohol. The hotel advise that you purchase alcohol from them. In all our travel we have never come across such a policy. There is a nice bar which was closed for the two nights we stayed ! Apparently the bar is closed on weekdays and you should request "in advance" if you wish the bar to be open. We would have cancelled our reservation if we had known this at time of booking. However cancelling less than 14 days prior results in a 100% cancellation fee for the first night. Within 7 days the total amount will be charged. In our case $225.44 & $447.87 Parking is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. No information is given for alternative parking. The grounds are huge with plenty of room for additional parking. Our room was very nice. Clean, modern and well maintained. However there was no thermostat and was very cold. Only one arm chair. A small coffee table would also have helped. Beautiful bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. Could use some shelving for toiletries and bring your own Kleenex. Not provided. In all, a beautiful relaxing hotel within walking distance of the town. Just be sure to read the fine print."

"Everything was great. If I could recommend one thing it would be to change up the breakfast buffet. Eating the exact same egg and sausage became a little mundane by day 3. Otherwise, it was perfect!"

"Great place to stay when wanting a basic motel. It is so clean, I kept thinking it was brand new. The owner is very friendly. There's no ice machine. There's a coffee maker in the room, good for 3 cups of coffee. For 2 people I think they should supply 6 cups worth, which is 2 coffee packs instead of one. Very handy location in Perth. I booked 2 nights and then due to change in plans asked owner to stay 2 more nights. No issues."
