「SCAMMERS, Watch out people, they are just gangs, in the middle of the desert, don’t make the fake pictures fool you, after I did my reservation with Expedia for a bubble, we found out it’s all fake, directions took us to a scary village in the middle of the desert, and when I contacted Expedia customer service all what they did issue a refund for me after 4 business days, I had to stay in the car with my family for 9 hours without a any farther assistance from Expedia, I’m switching to any...

「Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead.」

「I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead. The check-in process was also quite frustrating....
