The pillows were perfect. I do not write this in a superficial tone. We had a stay in another hotel chain recently that was a disaster for our entire party. "This clean, quiet, bright hotel is built on a pretty green space, despite being highway-adjacent. But what makes it special is the outstanding customer service: always-friendly check-in, super-easy check-out (which, brilliantly, even asks if you are out of your room once you have officially checked out online), mid-stay checks to make sure everything is ok, all of it. I've been commuting into State College for 15 years, have tried every hotel under the sun after watching them being built when I lived there, and this is by far my favorite."
