"Disappointing stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the property felt neglected. A major issue was the extremely bright parking lot lights shining directly into the room. There were no proper blinds or blackout curtains to block the light, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Management should improve housekeeping, maintenance, and window coverings to provide guests with a more comfortable stay. Typical feeling a hotel in the third world...
