「The property was really nice. Very new and clean with a bar and a gas powered fire pit outside with chairs to sit and watch the flames. Each room has a full kitchen and it is close to several restaurants. My only complaint was that I wanted to purchase a glass of wine after sitting outside by the fire returning phone calls, and they sent the bar tender home early since there was no one in the bar. I didn't want to go out to the HEB supermarket as I don't see well after dark and I had...

「Everything is excellent.」

「The door didn’t lock but I had a nice time」

「The AC unit needs to be in the bedroom area if not they need to tear the wall down for better air circulation to the bedroom area. A ceiling fan would be ideal for better circulation. Please turn on AC and fridge before guest arrives so it can be cool at arrival especially during summer months. It was hot in there when we arrived. Disappointed. It took a long while to cool room and wasn’t cool enough throughout the night.」

「Friendly staff rooms clean property need a mow but I understand with all the rain it was hard to maintain. They were working on it」

「Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was appreciated.」

「Overall I didn't like, the refrigerator in room had no shelves,no room cleaning until you go ask them, horrible laundry machines」

「They wanted to charge me $25 to check in before 3 PM. The property was not full, and I’d was almost 1 PM. We were told to come back at 2:30ish or pay $25. That room was clean and available but wanted $25 more to check in a few hours early. That’s not a good policy. Ans no reason to make me wait 2 hours for an already clean and ready room. Otherwise, the staff and property is great. Their early check in policy stinks.」

「This is an old motel and it shows. Towels were old and so thin you could see through them. Addionally it's difficult to get into and out of the parking area.」

「Basically in new condition. New and clean rooms. Great place to stay」

「Beautiful view and atmosphere. Great for couples looking for intimacy away from distractions of urban living.」

「The room is clean and the staff are welcoming but since it's an old building you can expect a few surprises. I found a few insects one under the bed, one in a drawer and one by the entrance door. Hope this helps...」

「這是我第二次入住這家酒店，下次来奧斯汀，我們還會選擇這里。」
