The room was clean. All the essential kitchen gadgets were working great. Staff were fast to respond over text messages. Amenities were refilled everyday in a timely manner. It was a great stay, and we would come back again.

Nice, clean room. The only drawback was the train noise periodically through the night.

Burlington is not exactly a destination spot. It has shopping options and is the largest shopping area close by for smaller towns and the islands. More convience than anything.
Not the best town but has a lot of what you need.
The area is ok, plenty of shopping to be found. The town itself seems to be expanding, but it isn't the safest or most friendly. That really has no bearing on this hotel though. Burlington is not a destination city, like Seattle.
Burlington is not really a destination in itself but a gateway town to the San Juan's and the North Cascades so don't expect much in the way of fine dining in town though there are some good options in Mt. Vernon and LaConner as well as up on Chuckan
