"Your front desk guy Andre was great but, bedbugs are unacceptable. Thank God, my ADA dog alerted me. It was huge, and I believe it bit her because she yelped and jumped. Never in my life have I been to a hotel that had bedbugs and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Definitely need to fumigate this place close it down and make sure it’s sanitary."

"There was no blackout shade on the window so it was pretty bright in our room at night. I did not even feel comfortable enough to get dressed in the room so I had to wait for the bathroom."

"The staff was great. The room was MOSTLY clean. They were clearly battling an ant problem with ant traps all over the place but there were tons of dead ants on the bathroom floor. It looked as though they had someone in to spray and then forgot to clean it again before I got there. There was water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom that needed fixed. There were signs all over the place about no smoking yet the towel I had to use stunk of a weird bleach and smoke mixture. The deadbolt didn’t work. Overall ok but there are some things that definitely need addressed "

"Whole place smelled of left handed cigarettes, need bed was less than ideal, loud heaters. Over priced on laundry. The rooms were clean for the most part, night stand looked like it had been decorated by a toddler. "
