「The value of the condo was really good. I would stay here again! It was a chilly weekend at Beech Mountain and the heaters would not really keep up and it was very chilly in the condo. After a few hours of the heat running it eventually heated up a little better. 」

It is evident that they use a boiler-based heating system; however, when everyone returned from skiing to shower, the last ones had to take cold showers because the hot water had run out. The bathtub drains do not drain properly; when you shower, the tub fills up with water. It is a bit gross, as it brings up grime from inside the drain.
