" We had an amazing experience at Portón del Sol in Santa Fe de Antioquia! The pools were absolutely spectacular—our kids had an incredible time and didn’t want to leave. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the music created such a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a fantastic day staying at this hotel with our family. We’re especially grateful for the friendly and attentive staff, the excellent attractions, the spotless rooms, and the overall comfort of the place. "I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it down. The food was good, but the rest of the environment was not family friendly mainly just a bar scene. Awful experience!!"
