「When we arrived the lobby smelled of BO. The carpeting in the hallways was disgusting. The second floor smelled like weed. The room was disgusting, I didn’t even take my socks and shoes off. The linens looked clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable! I almost just slept in my car.」

「The room was ok, I've seen worst. I didn't use any amenities, I was in town for something else. I fell yesterday due to a sink hole near my room. When I told the desk clerk this morning during checkout he never once inquired as to whether I was fractured at all. So unconcerned, no empathy. I didn't eat breakfast. Another tenant was inquiring about the pool not working when I arrived and she (wasn't in use) told him that's what made them check in and he was using false advertising.」
