Cathrine，Väldigt nära flygplatsen, men det hördes inte på hotellet. Buss in till Burgas låt på 10min promenadavstånd.

Härligt hotell.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse. Sängen var hård... Vi var där innan säsongen börjat på riktigt och det är väl det som kanske kan dra ner betyget något - allt var inte öppet. Maten var bra - barnen könde inte igen rätterna och klagade lite, men vi var ju inte hemma i Sverige...

fint hotell nära stranden

Hotellet var hyfsat, ganska fin anläggning. Rummen var fina men luktade smått. Det jag absolut inte rekommenderar är deras spa, värdelöst. De lurade oss och vi fick inte ens de behandlingar vi bokat utan något helt annat. Sen hade de även hittat på egna priser på spaet trots att det stod annat på prislistan. Nöjd med hotellet men absolut inte med spa.

Excellent value for money

Brilliant hotel especially for the price. Beautiful clean pool and large room. Breakfast was vast and tasty. Not much more you could ask for, for your stay in Bulgaria.

The hotel had good possibility but so much was off. Fridge wasn't plugged in and even after plugged in didn't get cold enough Door locks were unsafe, lights didn't come on in hallways soon enough If I was a woman traveling alone I would have been uncomfortable Chairs at high table same height as table etc Also killed a number of bugs Bed a bit hard

Hotel looks nice, but missing accommodations

The hotel looks nice, has a pool but it's in the outskirts of bugras, which is not terrible. The reason why I gave a low rating is because you only had about 2 minutes of warm water and no t.v channels worth watching. We notified the staff about the water, they said it was fix and it wasn't.

Nice place to stay. Good food, fast service at the reception. The road noise might disturb you if your room lokks at that side.

Très bon séjour

Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse et un bout de vue sur la mer. La chambre était propre et de bonne taille. J'ai trouvé que la grande salle de bain manquait d'un petit meuble pour poser les affaires. Il y avait un micro-ondes et de la vaisselle dans la chambre. Nous avons testé plusieurs plats du restaurant pour nos dîners, et ils étaient très bons pour des prix peu chers. Cependant, l'attente était parfois un peu longue. Dans l'hôtel il y avait un supermarché, un bowling et une discothèque. La plage privée était très appréciable et propre, avec des transats et parasols gratuits. Le point faible de l'hôtel est selon moi, les environs de l'hôtel. En effet, autour de l'hôtel il n'y a que des logements. Cependant le centre du village est accessible à 5 minutes à pied, mais est pas vivant le soir. Autre point, le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de la chambre est très correct, cependant il y a une majorité d'offre salée, et presque pas de sucré. Les jus de fruits sont malheureusement issus de machines. Concernant le wifi, il était payant dans les chambres et à la réception il ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien.

Run down property - good restaurant, though

Dated property, rather run down, not well maintained. Room was spacious. However,bed sheets smelled strongly of smoke, which begged the question if they were clean in the first place (visually, they seemed to be). Room was uncomfortably cold, despite having the heat all the way up. On the other hand, the restaurant had an up to date decor, and the food and service were actually good. Despite that, I would not stay here again.

Уважаемые коллеги! Дом у нас около Добрича (30 км к северу от Варны). Самолет прибывал ночью в 2 часа и поэтому надо было переночевать с комфортом. Отель очень хороший и в 5 минутах езды от аэропорта. К сожалению при размещении случилась небольшая проблема. Я на Вашем сайте заказывая один номер на 3-х человек для курящих. В отеле была бронь на мое имя, но на 4-ре одноместных номера. Дежурная администратор долго растаивала на том, чтобы мы обязательно связались с Вашим сайтов и отменили указанное у них бронирование на 4 номера. Однако потом она прочитала распечататку с моей почты о бронировании, где было указано о возможности бесплатно отказаться от брони в любой момент. После этого нас оперативно разместили так как мы хотели (один номер на троих) и все было великолепно. Насколько я понял из объяснений администратора отеля, бронь в отель пересылала какая-то болгарскрая компания. Такая вот вышла история. С уважением, Олег К.

We used the hotel as an overnight stop off during our visit to Bulgaria. We arrived late at night and although there was no receptionist on duty at that time, we were greated by a very pleasant and helpful security man who gave us our room keys and directed us to our floor. This was very early in the season, but the cleanliness and tidiness was exceptional. We used the pool facilities the next day whilst we waited for our hire car to be collected. All of the staff were very helpful and polite. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Meget comfortabelt hotel med egne faciliteter

Hotellet har sin egen faciliteter, hvilket gør at der slet ikke er behov for at tag ud i byen. Der er fri internet og restaurant. Der også en bowlingcenter med en bar hvor man kan føle sig hjemme med billiard bord og mm. Vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet til den pris. Vi kan anbefale hotellet med fuld sikkerhed og god underholdning.
