"An interesting, slightly quirky but genuine old-style coaching house and all the better for it. Staff are excellent, breakfast great, dinner slightly more mixed - maybe should have gone for the pizzas. Lively and busy in the evening, nice and chilled otherwise."

"Great location. Walking distance to downtown Salisbury. Free parking is very handy. Of course, A/C is the main reason for us to stay there. The only problem we have is the EV chargers don’t take credit card or debit card which is very inconvenient because we don’t want to download another app to charge the car especially the app has very low ratings."

"The historic aspect of the hotel is unique and quaint. The proximity to the river, the walking path into town thru the meadows and past gardens is stunning. The vistas of the countryside and flora and fauna were truly spectacular. Staff were helpful, rooms are snug - but clean and comfortable. A memorable stay. Will return & recommend to others. A great base point for visits to local sights such as the Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum castle ruins, Stonehenge, and the New Forest area."
