Disappointment!

I have been over than 17 countries so far, never observed that kind of awful service and staff. Housekeeping mindset is completely reversed. When DND is on, they prefer to enter to the room. When DND is off, nobody visits… I stayed totally 11 nights, had to use my mobile data due to extremely low wifi signal. Everyday I had to discuss with reception about 2 bottles of complimentary water and wait at least more than 1 hour. Last incident, they couldn’t find my last laundry despite already informed after narrow to escape my flight… However Mr. Ahmad, FO Manager is a professional and gentle person, thanks for his presence. He was the only one supports and able to emphasize… Next time I’ll prefer to stay a desert tent instead of that facility, sure.

Es un ApartHotel con servicios muy básicos. El baño no es nada seguro, la ducha no está protegida, cuando se d7cañha de inunda el baño y es muy fácil resbalar se. Además justo pegado a la ducha hay un enchufe eléctrico, algo fuera de toda medida de seguridad.

Hotel is clean and location is good. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Air conditioning is window types in each room with high noise and do not work properly. Breakfast is not good too and Staff doesn’t communicate well in English especially the Kitchen staff.
