Have a high hope for the place but I went from one surprised to another. The staff is friendly. However, the facility need maintenance and remodeling. The air conditioner is old school, it has no remote control, there is only panel control on the wall to adjust the temperature. DO NOT TRUST PICTURE THEY HAVE ON HERE,

Annexe du grand hôtel en face, l'accueil était plutôt froid . La réceptionniste de la fin de séjour était bcp plus sympathique. Nous devions nous rendre dans l'hôtel principal en face pour le petit déjeuner, ce qui en soit n'était pas vraiment dérangeant.. buffet varié mais de collectivité. Correct sans l'ensemble mais sans plus..

4 Star Hotel 의 가격으로 많이 싸서 이상은 했지만, 역시 였다. 내가 예약한 가격은 별관이었고, 본관과는 많이 다른것 같았다. 오래된 건물 이었고, 에어컨은 제내로 냉방이 안 되었다. 방에서의 와이파이는 전파상태가 안좋아 자주 끊겨서 통상 업무가 불가능 했다. 아침식사는 별관 묶는사람들만 별도로 제공 되었고 4 Star 의 겪에는 못 미치는 환경 이었다. 하지만, 지내다보니 이가격으로는 그래도 그런대로 괜찮았다고 생각함.

Good mid-range, mid-quality hotel. It could really do with a refurb and the shower leaked a bit, but clean by Vietnam standards. The staff were not as friendly as other hotels I've stayed in (in Saigon, Hua and Hoi An) but still a decent place to stay. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel and nice room. Only problem I had was room service is listed as 24/7. I called at 9:35pm to have dinner ordered to my room and they took my order. Twenty minutes later I got a call and was told sorry the kitchen closed at 9:30pm so no food was available. No explanation just went without food that evening. Please don’t list 24/7 and then change without notifying guests!

３度目の利用です。このホテルは、3つ星エリアと4つ星エリアに分かれています。 3つ星エリアも悪くはないのですが、バーとレストランが4つ星エリアにしかないようです。あとは、若干古く感じます(恐らく先に作られたエリアでは？) ホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、若干高いですが美味しいです。カクテルが好きなので、カクテルが一緒に注文できるのはポイント高いです。ダクルコスペシャルを頼みましたがなかなかイケます。 あと、朝食は美味しいです。ベトナムコーヒーの産地だけあって、あの超濃いい本格的なベトナムコーヒーが飲めます。僕は好きなのでこれもポイント高いです。

Very good and chic hotel but the breakfast was a bit cold and the staff didn't help us very well to make tourism (bad price estimation, not very good bus station indication...) All the rest was excellent !

싼방을 선택했더니 뒷쪽 3성급쪽 호텔이더군요 혼돈여지 많음. 방은 무지큼 3명 잘방에서 혼자 묵음. 와이파이 신호가 약해서 사용 불가능함. 오래된 호텔 이었음. 잠만자고 나올때는 저렴하고 방크고 괞챤음

Khách sạn gần trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện. Phòng khách sạn nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ. Trang thiết bị phòng tắm kém, thoát nước rất chậm. Đồ ăn sáng nghèo nàn. Điều khá thú vị là khi sắp chia tay thành phố Buôn Ma Thuột thì mình phát hiện ngay gần khách sạn có quán cháo gà rất ngon. Mình khá hài lòng cho 4 đêm lưu trú tại đây.

同敷地内に3星、4星の2つのホテルがあり今回は4星に宿泊。此方は建物も新しく部屋も綺麗で設備的には問題ありません。市内からは３ｋｍほど離れていますが、タクシーで５分程度なので全く問題ないでしょう。 朝食は麺、卵料理はシェフが調理してくれます。その他10〜15品程度のおかずがバイキングにて楽しめます。 ローカル利用が多いと思われますが、価格がちょっと高い為か静かでした。

同名のホテルが同じ敷地内にありますが今回は4星ホテルの方に泊まりました。部屋はまだ新しく設備も問題なし。アメニティーも一通り揃っているので宿泊するのには問題ありません。市内から３ｋｍほど離れていますが移動はタクシーで行った為全く問題ありませんでした。朝食も麺、卵料理はシェフが調理してくれる為問題なしです。

comfortable stay. check in could be more seamless by awaring checking customers who travelled there after a long journey need a quick check in not to be quizzed who did they arrange the stay with and how much were paid on line. that is between the hotel and online booking company
