"Melissa, the Manager of this fine establishment, runs a ship shape operation based on ‘the customer is always right’. Melissa is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and can be often found delivering ‘biscoff’ biscuits to her hungry flock of budget travellers. Her interpersonal skills are second to none, and you are encouraged to make use of her knowledge and friendly manner at anytime day or night 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Thanks Melissa. You are the best."

"Rooms are exceptional casual and restaurant meals very good staff are very friendly parking is bit on the expensive side. Traffic noise is quite loud from the main road a room at the back might be better. Overall great place to stay 5min walk to Breakfast Creek Hotel."
