The staff was very courteous, especially Malik at the desk and John the bell boy. Very helpful and kind.
The only one that had attitude was the guy who checked us out and gave us our final bill. I wish i was able to get his name. ( wasnt wearing a tag)
Our room was ok for the price. Could have been cleaner. (Hairball in the corner) And no hot water!

The location is the draw to Planet Hollywood. Center strip. The housekeeping left hairs in the tub and shower from previous guest and there was gum in the wardrobe closet on the top shelf. However, the view was outstanding of the Bellagio fountains. A little startled at a loud security check on Sunday, day of marathon, to check room?
