I did not appreciate after paying for the room on Expedia having to give $200 in case of incidental damage (receptionist seemed cold, not welcoming) and it was very inconvenient the Sunday before Christmas to have those funds put on hold. The room itself and facilities were good.

I've stayed at alot of Hotels and normally at The Oaks and I think that this bed and linen and pillows was the comfiest yet!! Nice big size smart tv, renovated rooms,quiet,safe great value and the breakfast they provide you in you're room is pretty damn good!
