This is a very warm and welcoming cottage with a beautiful, light and comfortable atmosphere. The hostess - Cathy was very friendly and helpful.
It is a newly built cottage that Cathy herself has designed from her dreams with all the modern amenities (including a washer and dryer). There are three very spacious and beautifully decorated ensuites.
The breakfast must be mentioned as Cathy is a remarkable cook. But be prepared and come with an appetite.
By the way, if you want to experience the Irish countryside, there are trails and hikes nearby that provide breathtaking
views of the surrounding villages and farmlands. Watch out for the sheep on the drive up! Or not, instead, stop and take some remarkable pictures, the sheep are quite cooperative and photogenic. We were there in late summer and all the pink heather on the hillsides were in bloom!
We have traveled the world and this is one of the nicest places that we have stayed. We will definitely return when we return to Ireland.
