「Great staff, clean and conveniently located. .」

「Desk staff was nice and helpful getting me checked in and fixing my room key card when it didn’t work. They were great. Just being honest - overall, the room I had was pretty run-down. I didn’t even want to sit in the chair. That being said, I saw no bugs and nothing dangerous so it was fine for 1 night.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「Overall we did not have a good experience at our stay. There was trash left over in our room from previous people in the room. There was also a critter moving around in our room. When we went to the front desk to tell the about it we were told there was nothing they could do. The man at the front desk came up to check the room and barely looked around for anything. After he left we continued to hear what we believed to be a mouse from the partial views we got of it. The guy at the front desk...

「The room was lovely and spotless. The grounds are beautiful. Judy does a delicious breakfast! She was very friendly and chatted a bit, which I appreciated since I was the only guest at the table.」

「The room was filthy, the tub had 5 inches of standing water in it. I had to snake out a giant wad of hair from the tub drain. Door did not seem to lock properly, had to use chair to keep door and curtain closed. This was the 2nd room we tried, the first had no functioning ac and was so filthy, ceiling sagging. Dogs barking in the room next door. The entire hotel was horrible, dirty, rundown, had what appeared to be unhoused people or prostitutes hanging around, partying loudly in the corridors....
