「Staff are expectional always pleasant polite and friendly extremely helpful with any needs. Rooms are extremely clean and spacious and cleaned daily.. Decor could be updated in some areas and rooms we did see modernisation happening in some rooms. Meals are putstmading and huge portions for reasonable prices」

There are plenty of fast-food and restaurant options within minutes by foot from the hotel. Also, very easy to arrange pick-up/drop-off at the hotel as all tour operators doing excursions to Khami ruins, Great Zimbabwe ruins and Matobo NP know it. 「We found the staff to be very polite, discreet but helped when approached. The receptionist who welcomed us was charming and knowledgeable. He explained the challenges they face due to existing infrastructure problems beyond their control. There was a very clean pool available, lots of different chairs and loungers around the pool including a hammock. The cover from the careful tree planting gave the feel of an oasis around the pool 」
