"We had a fantastic few days - the staff were lovely and the rooms etc were really clean. We booked breakfast prior to our stay and we were so pleased that we did as it was amazing. There are a number of buses that can be caught a few minutes from the hotel which go directly to the train station and then it’s a stroll to the tower. We were really pleased with our stay."

The only inconvenience is that hotel is about 1.5 km from city centre but it is convenient for travellers having private transport (car). "It was very useful having such extensive and free parking. Every member of staff that we dealt with was polite, helpful and could not have done more to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was better than many other hotels I have stayed in. All areas where f the hotel were clean and well maintained. The car park needs a bit of upgrading. The area at the front of the hotel was a pleasant area to meet friends and have a drink. We had one evening meal at the hotel which was very good. I would like to see more choices and perhaps daily changes. For me the highlight has to be the exceptionally kind and considerate staff. Good location for exploring the area but you do need a car."
