Then the owner Hennie made a plan for us to stay in a cottage outside of oudshoorn. We did not make any plans for food as we thaught we will load off our baggage and get something to eat. "Tracy and Karen are living their dream and are happy to share it with us. Thank you both. Le Petit Karoo is a beautiful getaway in the hills north of Oudtshoorn, a definite recommendation for anyone traversing the Garden Route. Combined with a Route 62 drive, this provides the perfect counterweight to the coastal drives. Add in a drive through the Merringspoort pass - stunning! The relaxed vibe at Le Petit Karoo, complemented by the excellent meals prepared by Tracy, Karen and their team makes this your definite Klein Karoo base. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. "
