This was a very disappointing stay. The mattress was horrible, it has outlived its useful life and needs to be replaced. I could feel every spring, it had no support, we sunk into the bed. The bed is a very important aspect of a hotel stay. Also, the rooms do not offer in room safes or a safety deposit box at the reception. Additionally, the WiFi was unpredictable and kept cutting out. We were also informed, upon check in, that housekeeping is only every three days. We were expecting a cleaned room upon returning to our room after a full day out on the third day. When we got back to our room it was not cleaned. So, for our four night say our room was never cleaned! Lastly, the front desk staff needs to be trained in customer service. For example, don’t tell a customer, “you’ll have to wait, I’ve got people on hold”. Instead say, “Please give me a minute, I’m assisting another guest who’s on the phone” On our departure day, the front desk clerk was asleep when I walked up, I stood there for a moment assuming he just had his head down. I had to say, “Hi. Good morning. I’m just checking out.”
