"Great hotel, but there was construction on another part of the floor/ building so switched rooms when we first got there but otherwise the room was great. We ate dinner there & breakfast and menu was perfect. Loved not having to leave the hotel because we were there for short stay moving daughter out of local college dorm."

"Writing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here. The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!"

"The facility itself is beautiful with an interesting history. The rooms were pleasant and the Bar / Lounge staff were very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was adequate, but the waiting staff were really accomodating. I recommend this place highly!"

"Helpful and welcoming staff, breakfast provided many options, hotel was pretty booked up but never once heard other people in their rooms so overall very quiet rooms. Shower pressure was great and just right! Hotel rooms were pretty clean but I am “an extra clean person” so I look for hair in beds, bring wipes to clean off the phone, remote, clean counters before I put toiletries down and the only thing I could say was that I did find 2 hairs in my bed but that could have been when they were making the beds so I did not sweat it and simply removed them made sure the bed was clean otherwise and slept really good because the beds were very comfortable and I was tired from our 12 hour drive. Oh and another plus is that the gym is open 24 hours!"

"We have stayed here quite often when we travel home- however under the new management, it seems like the standards may be slipping. Not sure if we’ll be back next time. Biggest gripe- the Apple Music Country station that plays loudly through the entire hotel really de-classes the place- what about an Italian garden decorated hotel says country radio? We’re in western NY also, so why??? Russel Salvatore would never."
