"We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Kearny. The rooms are nice (though the bathroom door design should be rethought, as you have to straddle the toilet to close the door). The air conditioning was nice and cold, the shower pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. We utilized the pool area, which is a bit small, but worked for our needs traveling with small children. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were on top of refilling everything as needed. I was very impressed to see the fresh fruit selection offered. I would skip the in-house restaurant, Joy’s Table, next time. While the food might have been edible, it certainly not enjoyable. The server was inattentive until they brought the bill. "

"Cleanest Motel 6 I’ve ever been to and staff were friendly and helpful. Entire hotel was cool inside and had an elevator which was a plus. Parking and area nearby felt safe and was clean. Definitely staying here again if I’m ever in the area. "
