Lo unico que me gusto fue la ubicación. Habitación básica, mala limpieza, no habia shampoo ni jabón, una sola toalla de mano (para hab matrimonial) y en la habitación no hay teléfono para comunicarse con "recepción" No recomendable.

Nina suites es un hotel abandonado. No tiene personal en sitio. Sucio y sin mantenimiento. No vale para nada el precio que uno termino pagando.

Péssimo - Muito desorganizados

Chegamos no hotel a noite e descobrimos que o checkin se faz em outro endereço. Tivemos que andar com as malas pela rua até a recepção em outro prédio e chegando lá descobrimos que o hotel perdeu nossa reserva. Nossos nomes estavam lá mas não tínhamos quarto. O recepcionista arranjou na hora um outro quarto, que não era o que tínhamos reservado de outra pessoa que reservou mas ainda não tinha chego. O quarto era sujo, as paredes imundas, portas caindo aos pedaços, o banheiro também estava todo sujo, a torneira do banheiro estava caindo e a descarga não funcionava. Pra completar, o quarto era muito barulhento e passamos a noite toda com um barulho muito alto como se tivesse um gerador do nosso lado.

Bait and switch

Where to start? I arrived to the hotel with a sign saying to check in at another location. I go there and am told rather coldly that they can't find my reservation and the hotel is full. I have sady seen this before everything after was not a surprise at all. I told the receptionist this was their problem to fix not mine and she conveniently found a room in a sister hotel. The room was unsurprisingly terrible. Mould and mildew on all bathroom walls since there was no window to open or an air vent. The only major light in the room was broken and could not be fixed so I had no light at all. I could go on, but this was clearly a bait and switch. I will never stay here and make sure all my mates who visit know any place but here.

grandi potenzialità inutilmente sprecate

Sono restato piuttosto deluso dall'hotel per una serie di motivi. La prima, la cordiale scarsa empatia della ragazza del check-in - che si fa in un edificio differente ma nello stesso isolato -. Avevo chiesto - anche per email - una stanza SILENZIOSA e mi è stata data una stanza su strada (secondo piano) e perfettamente in asse con la birreria sottostante, che fino alle 2 di notte ha lavorato con i tavoli all'aperto. Insonorizzazione decisamente scadente. La seconda, vari appunti sulla manutenzione della stanza: a partire dal parquet abbastanza rovinato per passare alle rubinetterie del bagno, al televisore che si accendeva una volta si e una no e al condizionatore la cui funzione riscaldamento era guasta - tanto che in stanza era stata lasciata una misera ma efficiente stufa elettrica. Rumoroso l'impianto idrico dell'edificio. Dell'assenza della colazione sapevo bene ma sapevo che c'era la cucina al piano terra. Dove si poteva scaldare acqua con un bollitore e cibi con un microonde. Peccato la TOTALE ASSENZA di una tazza o bicchiere, neanche in stanza. In ultimo, la presenza di un ascensore NON FUNZIONANTE e la scala completano il quadro. Un vero peccato perché la struttura è molto graziosa, la ubicazione strategica. Ma con questo servizio si perdono clienti. E non mi sembra il momento appropriato per farlo.

Buena ubicación. El servicio puede mejorar.

La ubicación muy buena y el hotel lindo. Lo malo es que la habitación olía mucho a cigarro y eso es desagradable. Además hay que hacer check in y check out en otro hotel que está a cuadra y media.

Buena ubicación

Contratamos este hotel porque una vez nos había tocado una hermosa habitación. Esta vez nos dieron una habitación espantosa ruidosa que da a la calle muy chica e incómoda siendo que las demás están desocupadas. Un horror

Tourist trap - do not stay

Very bad experience. I took the hotel because it looked very nice in the pictures, but it is really a scam. It DOES NOT look like the pictures provided, reception is 1.5 blocks away.

Se puede mejorar!

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación eso es muy bueno pero al llegar me encuentro con q el check in/out hay q hacerlo a la vuelta en otro hotel porq el nina no cuenta con un conserje. El desayuno prácticamente no existió. El mantenimiento deja mucho q desear. La caja fuerte no funciona, el frigobar estaba vacío.

Praticidade ou comodidade?

O check-in e check-out não é realizado no endereço do hotel, você precisa se dirigir para outro endereço (na rua lateral do hotel) para realizar os procedimentos. No entanto, você só fica sabendo disso,  ao chegar no local, pois ao tocar a campanhia você se depara com um informativo pregado na parede. O hotel é pequeno, tem apenas 3 andares, é uma construção antiga (como a maioria das construções de BA). Não existe nenhum funcionário, eu disse ninguém, de prontidão no hotel,  caso o hóspede precise de alguma coisa ou informação. Se vier a precisa de algo,  a comunicação é feita por whatsapp ou por meio do telefone da recepção. Para sair e entrar do hotel você utiliza um cartão magnético, não há se quer um segurança ou vigia no local. Quanto ao café da manhã oferecido aos hóspedes, sem comentários, são duas medialunas  (mais conhecido como croassaint) e um suco de caixinha de laranja da del vale, o leite é  em pó, assim como o chá ( em saches),  você faz na hora e há uma garrafa térmica de café e água. Sendo que o hotel disse que o café da manhã oferecido aos hóspedes, não era como os servidos nos hotéis brasileiros, aquela fartura, mas ofereciam um café colonial, no qual havia algumas frutas, medialunas, café,  leite,  suco e chá. Em relação ao quarto, não há nada no frigobar, nem bebidas e nem comidas. Não tem restaurante dentro do hotel, mas no bairro, Palermo, há inúmeros e variados  estabelecidos gastronômicos. O quarto por ficar fechado cheira coisa velha.

La recepción está en otro hotel. El baño se inundó mucho. Nos dieron 1 toalla de mano para 2 huespedes. No cambiaron los jabones al día siguiente. La llave de luz está sobre ducha: Riesgo de electrocución!!!

Bom custo x beneficio para família

Bom para casal e dois filhos, 4 pessoas, mesmo adultos, com quartos separados. Excelente localização e custo x beneficio. Única ressalva: Qdo chegamos tivemos que ir no outro hotel da rede , próximo, para fazer o checkin devido ao mesmo estar sem recepção.

Good spot in Palermo

We stayed in a quad room that had a king bed and two twins - great for three of us. We walked to a lot of places in town or took taxis to farther places. The people at the desk were VERY helpful with suggestions and arranging tickets/taxis. Breakfast was juice, coffee, and bread/rolls.

Recomendable y muy comodo.

Buena experiencia, muy cómoda la habitación, las camas y el baño. Excelente calefacción. Muy tranquilo el lugar,el único pedido que hicimos fue solucionado prontamente.Solo nos falto en el baño el bidet y nos llamo mucho la atención ya que le sobraba espacio.... Desayuno completo y rico, algo chicos el lugar donde lo sirven. Incomodo tener que pagar en otro lugar.

Fica a desejar- muito fraco

quarto pouco confortável com camas de molas que precisam serem procuradas urgentemente, quarto no 1o andar virado para rua onde se dorme ouvindo barulho dos carros . Banheiro precário com BOX e bacias velhas , infiltrações no teto. Limpeza razoável . Solicitei por escrito uma possível troca de quarto porque estava com duas crianças , mas não tive retorno ! O café é muito básico, o mais fraco de todos os hotéis que já me hospedei . Talvez atenda para uma pernoite mas para uma estadia de 7 dias e com família é totalmente inapropriado . O único ponto bom e que já conhecíamos é a localização no bairro de Palermo que continua charmoso e agradável, com ótimas opções de cafés , bares, restaurantes e lojas na vizinhança .

Nice hotel but bad mantainence

Friendly staff but hot water was broken and had to change room. In new room air conditioning did not work. Othetwise nice rooms and fairly clean.

Procurava uma hospedagem em Palermo Soho e o Nina Suítes foi uma opção perfeita. Há estacionamento pago 24h duas quadras, na mesma rua, bem fácil. O serviço do hotel é excelente, tudo um capricho só, em todos os detalhes.
