Nothing like the photos. Hotel lobby nicest thing about it. Room was dated and curtains broken. Some electrical plugs didn't work. Beds were fraying. Poor quality for what we paid for.

Friendly service and a comfortable room. Unfortunately some aspects were showing wear/neglect. A light that wouldn’t go off, the safe was missing numerals making it impossible to operate, the bathroom lights could only be operated from by the beds, not on the wall by the bathroom. All minor, but shouldn’t be. Still, I’d stay again.

Stayed here only two nights.
Room was not ready at check in time, it was ready only an hour later. Was told just to wait, in the lobby or go for a walk, did not offer anything to compensate for the wait. This is an Expedia VIP hotel but did not receive any perks. Room was old, beds were comfortable but not enough lighting, no safe either on our room we had the family quadruple room. Even though
the location is perfect based on my experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

The best part of the hotel was its location. Its right in the middle of center city. There were lot of city landmarks within walking distance. The dining, entertainment, tour options were plenty. The staff was very helful.for anything we needed.

We had an initial glitch with the room but was looked after extremely well by hotel staff particular mention of Guest relation manager Mariel. She is absolutely amazing, helped us with sorting our room and for booking excellent tours for us at the Ranch and Tango show. A well-placed hotel for a city break - centrally located for many attractions, and easy transportation options to others - and in a comfortable, safe neighbourhood.

The building is old and has little maintenance (our AC barely worked) but the real dealbreaker was staff’s attitude. I found one of the towels provided was awfully dirty (it had blood stains!) and tried calling reception to receive new towels with no luck. I went to reception and staff received the towel as if that was completely normal, they promised to send a new set of towels and even after 2 reminders did not…

The front desk staff were pleasant but struggled to provide answers to our questions around things to do in Buenos Aires (ie. booking tickets). The hotel was in a great location, right next to the Plaza de Mayo and walkable to a variety of areas. The rooftop pool are view are fantastic. The room was exactly as it was pictured. Unfortunately the toilet leaked. Overall - a great stay and a recommended hotel!

Very old hotel. Barely a 3 star hotel. I don’t understand how Expedia lists this hotel VIP. Everything is so old and run down. The front desk has only 1 person and you have to wait so long to even get an answer. Impossible to get a different room, don’t even think to get in upgrade even though the booking is VIP. Some attitude from front desk staff. The location is very good. Breakfast is basic

Fantastic location in this vibrant, exciting city. Reception staff and porters were excellent in resolving a difficult situation due to large ( peaceful) demonstration nearby. Particularly as taxis couldn’t access hotel due to road closures…..they sorted it exceptionally well.
