Excellent location for some of the best areas of Buenos Aires. The hotel is very well presented, has a great digital checking in system, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet and modern. Any questions are quickly replied to via WhatsApp. The pool is small on the rooftop but achieves what it needs to allowing a cool down after a day of walking and giving beautiful views across Palermo Soho. Highly recommended.

The property was ideal for us, conveniently located near shops and dining options. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. While there was some noise at night from the traffic outside, everything else was fantastic.

We loved the place itself it had a nice design. It was perfect for two, and could have accommodated one more adult. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and communicative, they really cared about how we were enjoying our stay and willing to help at any given notice. The location was quite convenient and close to many shops, restaurant, and grocery stores. The only thing we would mention about the place was that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Other than that we would stay here again.

The room ceiling had dry water spot, mold, the shower slippery for older people no handles, we had to find the personal to change towers, but we manager in our own pretty good , the wi-fi only work in the room

The Apartment was excellent, the bed was not so good and gave me some poor nights sleeping. We never received a hand basin plug although we requested one on the first night due to there not being one there. We requested help with the safe but nobody came and the same with the Tv promises were made but never happened.However we still loved the apartment and these were minor details we would still 100% stay there again. ( i miss it as i am writing this)

I got stuck out of our room for almost an hour because the keypad was glitching. There was no one onsite to fix the problem and the manager didn’t know what to do so almost an hour later he changed the 8 pin passcode to a 4 pin one and it finally worked. The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable (worse than an ikea bed) and the sofa was harder. They had an oven and pots and pans but no knives and cutting board. They had a kettle but no tea or coffee. No microwave. The washroom had barely any light. Overall the only thing we liked about the apartment was that it was close to all the shops and restaurants.

Disastrous Communication

To be as subjective as I can, the issue I experienced may be a one off, however I was not pleased. This is a "staff-less" hotel. There is no front desk. Instead you are "supposed" to receive check in information in advance including a QR code to access the building as well as a PIN code to enter your room. No problem if this works. In my case the hotel did not contact me in advance. I ended up waiting outside the hotel for over 1 hour. I made contact with a number I found online, but I received no response. Eventually after a long time waiting I found someone to speak to and they admitted I had been marked as a "no-show" despite it being only 4pm on the day of arrival. Hence, they didn't send me any check-in information until long after check in time. They were apologetic but when asked why their "emergency contact" number is not responding, her response was that it was the wrong number and I shouldn't have contacted them, despite this being the number provided on their website. I don't know if this building is new and maybe they are finding their way and experiencing teething issues, but if the concept of "staff-less" hotels are increasing in popularity, they need to work with basic communication. The property itself is modern. However, road noise was a big issue. There is no noise insulation in the windows. Bring ear plugs!

Localização top, barulho constante

Apartamento lindo, limpo, moderno e extremamente bem localizado, com cozinha equipada. Apesar disso, faltam itens básicos como sal, açúcar e outras coisas de cozinha. Também poderia ter mais roupa de cama, no caso de alguém desejar usar o sofá-cama. Não sei os andares altos, mas ficamos no quarto andar, de frente, e o ruído da rua perduea por toda a noite.
