They staff were helpful. However, I did lose my phone between the hotel and the cruise terminal. The hotel was not able to locate the taxi. It would be great that they have the taxi contact for a guest in case they come up with stituations like mine.

Good location on Florida Street. Walking distance to many tourist sites. My king bed room was large, mini fridge, hot water kettle. The AC kept the room cool. Just leave it on during the day. Great hotel in the tourist area. Friendly staff. We booked this hotel because it had a restaurant. But it was only open for breakfast whilst we were there. No notices posted in the lobby, or advanced emails.
