The staff were excellent in customer service. Breakfast had many choices to choose from and very good. 24 hours free coffee was not available, only during breakfast time. Bathroom needed little renovation. Reception and breakfast area were very clean.

Impressive foyer, tired room.

The staff were amiable and professional. The room is very tired - window shutter not working and permanently part -open, no blackout curtains (although the runners are still there), shower nozzle spurted water. Breakfast is not four-star standard. Foyer and reception areas are impressive. Good restaurant meal.

O Hotel é razoável. Para dormir uma noite se você está de passagem por Buenos Aires. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Atendimento também. E as camas não são confortáveis. Além disso, as janelas não são acústicas e passa todo barulho da rua.

Hotél antigo e muito bem localizado no cenrro de Buenos Aires, dá pra conhecer boa part3 da cidade andando a pé. Boas instalações, café da manhã honesto com boas opcões, restaurante a la carte muito bom com preço justo! Tivemos algum problema com ar condicionado central do prédio que não dava conta do calor no verão.

O hotel apesar de antigo foi reformado e manteve seu requinte. Todavia não merece o status de 4 estrelas. O quarto standart com banheira. Bom para descansar depois de caminhar. Acústica ruim. Café da manhã em 4 dias não foi alterado. Servem pão de forma e medialunas doces, mas dá para se alimentar bem com tudo que se apresenta. O ponto forte do hotel é a localização. Próximo da Rua Florida mercados e metrô. Vale pelo custo benefício. Quanto a taxa de turismo cobrada é de $ 1 dólar por Pax/dia diferente do informado pelo Hotéis.com de 0,50$. Apesar dessas informações ainda sim valeu a pena a estadia.
