Não tem oque promete na reserva

Boa localização e café da manhã. Porém, muitas das coisas que constavam na descrição da reserva não estavam disponíveis quando cheguei ao hotel. No ato da reserva uma das coisas que chamaram atenção era o quarto com cama queen size, chegando lá, disseram que nenhum dos quartos possui cama desse tamanho. O wi-fi não funcionava no quarto, para mexer na internet só descendo no saguão do hotel. O cofre que dizia ter no quarto também não tinha, assim como o minibar. Decepcionado pela expectativa criada e a realidade das acomodações.

Séjour très agréable Hôtel calme Il est un peu dommage que les vitres de certaines chambres soient « floutées », cela ne donne aucune vue ni luminosité Mais très bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner de qualité

Hotel muito bem localizado. Muitas atraçoes restaurantes e lojas com acesso a pé. Estaçao do metrô na porta do hotel. O hotel é antigo mas é muito bonito. É parte da historia da cidade.

Já foi beeeem melhor. Necessita de uma reforma imediata. Carpetes sujos e rasgados, ar condicionado barulhento, hóspedes que não respeitam o horário de silêncio. O staff, ao menos, continua solicito.

Good location

Very good location at the heart of every iconic location. Needs alot of renovation, tired and old building with basic dark furnishings.The breakfast is poor not even bread to make your own toast. Good for short stay and somewhere to sleep.

Une courte nuit en route ailleurs

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, en route pour la Patagonie, mais nous passerons encore deux nuits à notre retour. Vieux hôtel, petit déj OK. On saura plus la prochaine fois. Je ne sais même pas encore s'il y a un spa.

muito bom

Voltaria, tem um spa, ótimo restaurante e atendimento muito bom. Minha reserva foi estendida por duas horas e como não havia reserva naquele horário estenderam sem custo. Quando voltei para o hotel o táxi me esperava para o Ezeiza por um custo menor. Café da manhã excepcional, cardápio bem variado. O ambiente do restaurante e bar muito bom. Estava lotado fecharam restaurante para atender somente hóspedes, demonstrando preocupação com esses. Infelizmente, não consegui com banheira no quarto.

Really old hotel

This is a very old hotel in the Avenida de Mayo area. The rooms have no AC and are quite noisy, you can hear people talking in the corridors, also the room carpet feels a bit dirty. Only stayed one night here (thanks god).

CASTELAR una buena opción en Bs. Aires

Hotel antiguo oero bien mantenido,ante corte de energía e intensa lluvia lo pasamos muy entretenido con las comodas instalaciones del Hotel. Bien ubicado, céntrico y cerca de comercios y restaurantes. Solo un punto negativo, el chekin algo complicado al sentir desconfuanza de la reserva y su pago anticipado, algo que debiesen mejorar.

A great historic hotel, and a great value. Especially given the free access to the spa. I’ve stayed here before several times. My only issue this time was, the mattress was unevenly worn and past it’s expiration date.
