This was a great place to stay. Walking distance from a lot of great places to visit. My family and I had four different apartments, checking in was easy and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The spaces were clean and the staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The coffee shop next door was awesome and convenient. We would definitely stay here the next time we come to Argentina.

Price was excellent. Liked the terrace and ease of entry. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen area had excellent supply of utensils for cooking or just eating. We were able to walk to all stores and other points of interest. Couch needed to be replaced as springs poking through made it uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The studio was very bland, no decor and pretty sparing for a long term stay. Comfort is not something I would use to describe the studio. The wifi was also pretty poor which made working difficult, a router would have been helpful. The television was old and not a Smart TV and only local channels in Spanish. The staff was friendly and helpful if there were an issue. All and all it wasn't a bad stay, but these studios arent the best for a longer term stay where you want to feel more at home.

Babel Alto is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. There is a bakery/coffee shop located beside Babel Alto, Nucha, where you can have breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, and all sorts of pastries. Uber rides are very cheap, so you can take Uber to a lot of places of interest, from Babel Alto. The check-in procedure was very smooth - it was all online. They'll give you the access code to the main door and the code to get your key. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The air conditioner/heater was in good working condition. The only downside with an apartment is that it's not a hotel where you can get daily housekeeping. There is no housekeeping, or I should say cleaning is done every 7 days - but there were enough toiletries. Another downside was the hot water was very limited, so you cannot take a hot shower for more than 15 minutes, and hot water takes 25 minutes. The shower enclosure was also not great, so water went all over the floor. But these are small things I can live with. I will book Babel Alto again if and when I go back to Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I communicated with them through WhatsApp. I requested a late checkout, and they were okay with it.

The people here are very friendly, helpful and genuine. I had a problem with the room I was given and they resolved the situtation in a good way very quickly. They take what they do seriously, without complacency The place is clean and they look after it. It is right in Palermo, close to everything you might need.

All seats (chairs, sofa, etc) were stained and disgusting. A single remote control for 2 AC’s. Poor condition in some places (for example, the kitchen was painted around the fridge). Area is nice, but you can find much better places for this money.

Property was ok , simply furnished but appropriate for the price. The problem is that check in / out is complicated. When paying at property I had to pay in advance, not in site. I also had to pay a deposit in cash or with a local only system. Check out is before 11, but there are people available only after 9:00 to return the cash, which is a problem for early flights, and in my case, the person was only available after 9:30

Excelente experiencia, departamento impecable y bien ubicado. He tenido una estadía muy agradable. Quiero destacar la organización del anfitrión; las instrucciones para el ingreso fueron precisas y todo el proceso de check-in fue muy sencillo. El departamento destaca por su limpieza y orden; se siente nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Es un espacio realmente bonito y funcional, con todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirse como en casa. La ubicación es otro punto fuerte, situada en un área excelente que permite disfrutar de la ciudad con total comodidad. Muy recomendado para cualquier viajero que visite Argentina.
