"We were greeted by Jose and he was very nice and helpful. We stayed at one of the lofts. It was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was a plus. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Parking was a breeze. The basketball court and pool are great for families. This was our first time staying here and look forward to coming back again! "

"Location is amazing, room was big and clean, shower pressure was perfect. 2 biggest complaints are there is a night club on the backside of the hotel which plays loud music till 4am, for those who are light sleepers this will be an issue. My biggest issue is the price for parking, $60 per night plus tax for parking seems egregious to me. Also the security deposit is $150 per night which also seems egregious to me."

"TV didn’t work, pool close early due to broken glass. Cold by the time it opened for the kids to swim. "

"I did not use a shuttle or laundry and did not really interact with staff other than check in. Room was clean. Coffee was good with the creamer selection. "

"Always a great choice when going to Disneyland. Far enough away, but close enough with their shuttles running constantly. Rooms are huge, clean, and comfy. "
