Amazing hotel and experience

The staff was amazing, they arranged our car rental, lunch boxes and taxi to the airport, gave us useful tips and was very friendly. We could also use the garage for free. The hotel overall was very clean and looked great. The pool area was nice and very peaceful too. The location was pretty good, not too far nor close to city center. Definitely worth every penny. Would love to come back!

Great hotel, not the ground level though

Check in was amazing, the guy told us everything about Budva and also suggested where to have a great dinning experience which was up to our expectations. Room size was fine, had a balcony but unfortunately it was on a ground level facing main road and the size exit which was very noisy.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff

My partner and I stayed here for a 5 night trip. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The pool area is lovely and we often had the terrace and pool to ourselves. Breakfast was delicious and the dining space is great too. The hotel is only a short walk to the old town and beaches. I would highly recommend if you are staying in Budva.

Nice hotel with a small pool. It is situated about a 10 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from old town in a quiet area. Staff is friendly and helpful. AC worked great and gave us a good sleep. Breakfast was outstanding- big selection.

Great hotel and management took care of us.

It was amazing. Clean, modern, lovely breakfast great coffee. The best part was the amazing service from Peter and the manager Olig. They went out of their way… dinner reservations, helped us get our rental car sorted and just tons of great information. They were always available. We stayed an extra night because of their attentiveness. Thank you!!!

My friend and I had an incredible stay at Hotel Puma in Budva. Truly an amazing, above-and-beyond experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was welcoming, the hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and what stood out the most was the outstanding service. Great hotel

My stay in PinaHotel i cannot fault the room was lovely very clean,and a good size with a balcony, the pool was good lots of places to sit.The staff were very happy and helpful guiding us where to eat especially Ogi when i needed something like a kettle. Breakfast was good.Pina was well situated for the town and lovely beach. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice modern clean hotel. Manager Ogi was passionate and helpful. However despite paying full price rate I think we got a ‘small’ room as there was no room for our suitcases, the bathroom door could barely open, the shower door didn’t close without banging the shower head…and our balcony was tiny, didn’t match the other pictures so I think we just got a bad room (410) sadly. The pool was nice (sun in the morning) and breakfast was also really good.

Amazing! Handsome staff, he helped us with restaurants and suprise for my friends birthday. So nice and cozy pool area and super fresh rooms with everything you need. Supermarket just nearby and close to the beach, old town and bus station. 10/10 the best hotel in Monenegro, we definitely recommend a stay here.

Ogi and the team were absolutely wonderful. They made our first trip travelling with a 5mo feel a complete breeze. My son and I stayed at this magnificent place. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Rooms were super clean, and the sea view from our balcony was simply amazing. I have travelled to many other destinations worldwide, and I can easily rate this hotel as worldwide class! I highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Budva. Not a 4-star experience

For a 4-star hotel you would not expect a tiny backdoor balcony in a shadow facing a junkayard with thrown away things including old tyres + a view to the neighbouring building's ugly bad condtioned wall two metres away. Otherwise the hotel was tidy. The breakfast was quite nice and the boys in the reception were helpful. Cleaning was first class. The location with a walking distance to the beach and the old town was nice. If you consider booking this hotel, I recommend to choose better than a standard room. Assume that premium rooms had bigger balconies facing the pool area and view towards the beach, not with a sea view though.
