"Everyone was on slow motion. Most of the food on the menu was unavailable and it took them forever to bring it. And the man and the bill was confusing. I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments.
