The hotel is less than a month old, so everything is clean and new. The rooms have a large TV with Google cast, and ceiling speakers that you can connect to using Bluetooth and play music. Bathroom was large and modern. There's no safe in the room or a do not disturb sign. The breakfast is good quality, and decently varied, but nothing special.

We stayed in the room with multiple beds which are in the ground floor. It feels like a bunker. There are no windows and ceilings are low. The air conditioning was an issue. We couldn’t set it up the way we wanted and had to ask the front desk to program it. Still it didn’t work properly and the room got very hot in the middle of the night, every night. There was also a leak in our shower enclosure; I told the staff but nothing was done about it. Location isn’t very nice. For the positives, hotel is new, beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Having said that, it is modern but doesn’t perform well. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few issues that made it more of an okay experience. I really liked the built-in Bluetooth speakers in the bedroom and bathroom. I was worried about the sound carrying outside the room, but I couldn’t hear anything from the hallway, so the soundproofing seems to be very good. The gym was adequate, and the laundry facilities and movie room near the gym were nice additions. There’s also a water refill station in the lobby. The rooms are missing some basic amenities I would normally expect, such as a safe, refrigerator, coffee maker, and phone. The biggest issue was the AC. It stopped working on the 5th floor for several nights. Staff and maintenance attempted to fix it, and I was eventually moved to a larger room with a balcony, but the AC in that room also stopped working. It eventually started working again after about two additional nights. A few days into the stay, I also noticed a sewer-like smell coming from the shower drain. The breakfast was also pretty average. Overall, there were some things I liked about the hotel, but the AC problems and other small issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

We really liked the hotel. The room was large for three of us. Everything was clean. The only problem we had was that due to a pipe issue the shower tended to overflow over the small lip, which created puddles in the bathroom. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Excellent stay, spotless room and huge bedroom and bathroom in the junior suite with massive TV. The check in was easy and they kept our luggage secure before we flew home. We would highly recommend for any stay in Budapest! Only downfall was fire alarm going off at 6am but otherwise great.

I booked a three-night half-board stay. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained, with pleasant and helpful staff, but the room had no complimentary tea or coffee, neither a safe. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, although the restaurant was too small and often overcrowded. The fusion-style evening meals were tasty, but the starter and main portions were as tiny as one mouthful snack that my family and I were still hungry after dinner every night. For a half-board stay, this was very disappointing and spoiled an otherwise pleasant hotel.
