The staff that night said we changed our reservation for the following day and had no beds available, and just a flat “IM SORRY” then attended to the next client. When I showed her my email, it came to her mind that she had another room in another branch, told us we can walk. We are not about to walk at that time with our luggages in a foreign country so we had to Uber. The following morning while returning our keys, the manager was so apologetic of how we were handled and that there was actually a bed for us that night but the damage was already done.
