This hotel is lovely and we had a great time during our stay. If you don't want to eat in the hotel in the evenings (vegetarian buffet), then there are couple of food options nearby but be mindful that Mondays seem to be very quiet with a lot of places closed. You are able to get the bus right outside the hotel in to Budapest in 20 mins. Very easy and convenient to do. Uber's are also easy to get. It was a nice balance between city break and relaxation - just what we wanted.

This is a really special hotel which provides an immersive experience into health and wellbeing, centred around kundalini yoga. The environment within the hotel grounds has been very carefully put together to support getting the most out of the yoga, including the yoga dome and various rooms used for meditation and yoga, as well as the delicious vegetarian food served in the restaurant. Yoga mats, blankets for relaxation and on tap healthy teas and various infused waters are available to support your comfort whilst exploring the yoga. The sauna experiences in the evening were absolutely amazing, and really lifted the experience of the spa facilities (sauna, cold plunge pool and jacuzzi) to another level. I can't recommend enough joining in with one of these experiences if you're staying in the hotel. The only slight downside for me was on the housekeeping service to the room. Teabags were not replaced unless you asked for new ones, a dirty cloth was left in my bathroom after cleaning one day, and the used cups in the room were not always cleaned. However these issues were all resolved by the hotel staff once raised. Normafa park which is just outside of the hotel grounds is well worth exploring for the beautiful walks as well as the wonderful views of the city.

I don’t recommend this place for a relaxing weekend. We had a bad experience at the swimming area. The hotel sells memberships to external visitors, and they occupied almost all the seats, leaving no space for hotel guests to sit and relax.

Horrendo y personal incompetente

2 días seguidos, no hicieron la habitación, protesté y no pareció les importara, exijo la limpien y todo lo que hacen es darme toallas limpias, la segunda vez lo mismo y no parece afectarles. Pagué por habitación superior con cama grande y me ponen una normal con 2 camitas. Imposible hacerles comprender que no es correcto, todo ello viajando te altera. El desayuno muy pobre y en la parte del café vi una cucaracha, tampoco reaccionaron. Pésimo hotel que merece ser cerrado o cambiar todo el personal, al irme la encargada tiene la poca vergüenza decir le debo un gimtonic, es cierto pero me niego a pagarlo, en vez pedir disculpas se pone a decir unas mentiras y todo ello me pone muy nerviosa pues tengo que seguir el viaje. No lo recomiendo y pido hagan una revisión de dicho establecimiento

Por se tratar de um hotel cinco estrelas, com localização privilegiada e excelente atendimento, a experiência foi, em geral, positiva. No entanto, o hotel deixa a desejar no quesito localização nos aplicativos de navegação. No mapa, no Waze e até para os taxistas, a entrada não é clara — parece um estacionamento, o que causa confusão. Sugiro que a administração revise essa questão e atualize a localização correta nos aplicativos, pois hóspedes que não conhecem a região podem enfrentar dificuldades para encontrar o hotel com facilidade.
