"櫃檯客服態度不親切；房內設備浴室木板破損很危險，水管阻塞；火舞表演拍照，任由客人毫無秩序插隊缺乏管理！ 儘管有些許缺點，能在房間躺著就能近距離地欣賞動物加分不少，早餐有獅子陪吃飯也很特別。"

"The facility is very good and nice, the staff is wonderful, friendly and always smile. The only things that we have reserved a private pool but unfortunately there is no privacy for Villa and Pooll. I would recommend the facility to remove the word of private because there is no privacy for villa ..."

"We stayed here in April, it was a beautiful property and so peaceful. Perfect for a relaxed retreat. We enjoyed a couples massage and just relaxed by the pool. You will need transportation to get around as its not walking distance to the center. But amazing place to just unwind."

"Loved staying here. Was just outside of Ubud so was nice and quiet. Would be nice to have a hair dryer available in the room and some more utencils/plates in kitchen. Overall had an amazing stay and they staff were so friendly."
