「Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.」

「Everytime I walked in my room a smell would hit me. The best way I could describe the smell would be a very hairy wet dog. I was scared to take off my socks or go under the bed sheets. The pillows were very small. The bath tub looked gross. The room had a walkout patio to the parking lot which in my option was a security risk as the only thing separating you from a person with bad intentions was a breakable sliding glass door. If you wanted to use the workout room you had to go to the front desk...

「Joe at check in was great. The rest was horrible. The hot tub was filled in with cement. The pool was cloudy like a dead body may be in the bottom. The pool gate lock was cut off and the gate itself was rusty and sharp edged. The side entrance door had no lock so any methhead could enter the propped open door 24x7. The elevator was out of service. The door entering the 2nd floor from the stairwell was stuck like the foundation had moved. As for the room, the lowest volume on the tv was 10 and...
