When we arrived we were given a room without a working fridge. We had medicines that needed refrigeration. We were moved to another room that seemed OK until we learned that THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. The staff was clueless. ‘Did you let the water run?’ ‘Maybe a lot of people are showering’ (At 10:30 pm?) ‘I’m sorry, there is nothing I can do’ ‘Oh, the plumber is coming at 10 tomorrow to fix the ice machine’ (That’s when I’m checking out). (I went into the lobby rest room and the laundry room and there was no hot water). I believe they were putting guests into rooms knowing that there was no hot water) The mgr, Kayla Schulz, told me that they couldn’t refund or adjust my bill because I booked online. This was a disaster and gives me no reason to stay at a ‘Quality?’ Inn or to use Expedia. The whole thing was outrageous.
