「What a fantastic stay at Kintrae B&B! Jackie and Mike are fantastic hosts and cooks! Hotel building is beautiful, room was great, clean, beds are really comfortable. There was a lovely sitting room looking out to the sea. The room was comfortable and clean but my only issue ws the shower. It was a little mouldy at the bottom and the pressure wasn't great. It did the job though and I would stay again. Thank you」

After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. The lodging is on a very busy street in Elgin. The room itself was very nice and clean, so for a solo traveler, or perhaps anyone younger than us, this may have been the perfect stay. It had...

「It was really special to experience a fisherman’s cottage in a genuine fishing village. Could not have been better than in the home of Cullen Skink. As you would imagine it’s very compact and very homely. It was lovely to listen to the ocean at night and see all the bird life. You aren’t very far from the ocean even if you’re not in the front row. It’s clean, warm and comfortable. Could do with a cheese grater.」
