「The homeless are on the other side of fence, and i have great empathy however things were stolen out of the bed of our truck, and in a homeless mans wagon. We just moved here from out of state, and too tired to get storage that night. 」

「The community bathrooms on the third floor were not cleaned in a timely manner. They were dirty when we returned from the soaking pool in the evening and still had the same problems when we went to use them the following morning.」

「The hotel is under renovation. We only know that after our confirmation. No lift, hotel offers to transfer the luggage to second floor. The smell is terrible, the a/c needs to turn up high to get rid of the smell. Although the room is big, the room layout is not user friendly, you can only wash your hands outside the bathroom, only one hook for hanging the clothes with bathroom. Close to McDonald’s that you can have breakfast there」
