"Check in staff was polite and helpful. Nice, clean room with balcony overlooking the bay. My reason for only 4 stars is that the heating/air conditioning unit was quite noisy and loud and the carpet needs a deep clean or replaced. This is the second time we have stayed at Cherry Hill Inn and would definitely stay there in the future if in Traverse City."
