「The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. 「My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!」

「好的：環境清淨，遠離市區，整體表現不錯，房間大，價錢適當合理，有游泳池及蒸汽浴室。 不好的：兩層式沒有電梯，尾房需要走很遠。」

We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

「Fantastic location with great staff It’s a 400+ year old hotel and looks stunning, that age has it’s challenges and some internal corridors could use yet another upgrade Good pub and restaurant on site Would use again」
