「Very clean and well-maintained. And the location is great, too: just a few steps from the Goethes Wohnhaus. Staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that the pillows were uncomfortable. Even the neck-support pillows did not support my head well. This was a common issue I had with different hotels during my latest trip to Germany.」

「We had a wonderful stay in Erfurt. As a group of 9, we required 3 rooms and Nancy and the rest of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable by upgrading our rooms. My German isn’t very good (OK, it’s basically non existent), but Nancy was patient with my attempts and happy to explain things in English. 「Wunderbar gelegen direkt in der Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Frühstück, Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Im Moment wird gerade ein wenig an den Außenanlagen gearbeitet, muss halt auch mal sein, aber keine Lärmbelästigung. Wir konnten unser Doppelzimmer schon gegen 11 Uhr beziehen und hatten sogar eine Badewanne!」

「+: Free tram ticket to connet the city cneter is the biggest advantage to us. -: Everything is ok but just the room to us is noisy becuase the raindrops keep hit the metal outside of the window. It seems this situation only hasppened to our room becuase of the hotel structure. there is no improving by closing the window. We could not help but hearing it all the night. However the other day was sunny day, so no noise from the rain during our 2nd day.」
