Honestly this was one of the most seemlesshotel I have been to. Check in was done before I arrived as the use a pin code system for the door as opposed to a physical key card. It seemed very low key which meant the pool / gym area was not over crowded where you can actually relax. I want this to stay as a hidden gem as long as possible however I will also recommend this place. Will defo book here again.

When we arrived we asked reception when the spa would be back open, the man on reception said monday at the earliest. We then walked in the room started unpacking when we opened the fridge it was full of opened drinks spilled everywhere. After an amazing weekend the sunday was spent wasting time in local cafe waiting for our flight, when we srrived back in the hotel to collect bags i decided to have a look around to see what the new spa would look like, as i walked downstairs i heard noises from the spa and there were peopme swimming around we were gutted. I then went back to reception and asked about the spa againd and the receptionist said the pool will definitely be closed until monday. Even tho there were people already in there !!

Cut cost where it shouldn't
Pros: Great location, everything is new. Nice lounge area. The room was very clean. Cons: We couldn't check in earlier even tough there were plenty apartments, and one was definitely ready for guests. I did not recieve the check in instruction at 15:00, i called at 15:30 waited 10 min in the line, and i checked in at 16:00. There is no customer support in romanian!!! What is this?? For the whole week we couldn't use the pool. They clean the room once a week, that is when they change the towels too. We asked after 4 nights the cleaning lady if she can change them, she couldn't. 2 coffee pods for 2 person for 6 nights..... Breakfast a little bit overpriced(60 RON per person) Well, i guess that is what you get for the price. In the future i will definitely choose a hotel.

Perfect stay
It was the perfect decision booking at Visionapartments. Perfect location, couldn’t have been better. With the keycode everything went smooth, it was very easy to check in and check out. The room was very spacious, everything new, modern and clean. Definitely will come back if I visit bucharest again.

We got tricked
By far the worst place we ever stayed in: 1. Check in took 1 hour. Although they communicate reception to close at 23:00, it actually closes before 18:00. Phone no. for support is wrong - nobody answer the polish phone no., we had to call Germany 2. It was dirty. We found in the room spiders, bread crumbs on the chair, and the dirty cups 3. Water was cold, so we were taking cold showers. 4. No cleaning throughout our stay (4 nights). No new towels, toilet paper, etc. --> we ran out of toilet paper and started using tissues 5. Left water, coffee capsule for 1 person - booking was for 2 people 6. I complained at reception, phone, and in writing by email. The answer denoted extremely bad customer service - essentially they did not care that the room was dirty, they had cold water, etc.

Generelt pænt og rent hotel med super beliggenhed. Venligt personale. Det er meget lydt, med ekko hvis man har åben vindue ud mod bagyden, hvor der ofte er tilfældige folk, som kæfter op til hinanden om natten eller kører rundt med vogne. Det er mærkeligt at have et køkken uden en køkkenvask. Der er heller ikke opvaskegrej. Hvad har de tænkt sig? På badeværelset mangler der knager til at hænge håndklæder op. Der mangler også hylder eller skabe til ekstra toiletruller, som var placeret på håndvasken. Der er super lækkert med gym, pool, spa og sauna i kælderen, som man nemt kan komme til med elevatoren. Dog var vandet i spa virkeligt beskidt og lugtede surt. Vandet var heller ikke særligt varmt, som det plejer at være i et spa. Ingen mulighed for at regulere temperaturen. I omklædningsrummet manglede der ekstra håndklæder og opfyldning af sæbe ved bruseren. Man skal huske at saunaen kan være slukket. Så man skal selv tænde for den, og det tager mindst en time at varme den op. Trods det negative jeg har påpeget, var det generelt et godt ophold, og giver det 4 stjerner.

New apart-hotel in the middle of Bucharest

Nous souhaitons remercier le personnel de cet hôtel pour nous avoir surclassé exceptionnellement suite à un problème de douche dans la chambre initiale. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés avec la suite la plus grande de l'hôtel, avec trois chambres, un billard alors que nous avions payé une chambre standard. Encore merci !

Dålig säng, städaska har inte städat vårt rum i 2 dagar, när vi ringde till deras kundtjänst dom sa att städaska har städat erat rum, men det var inte sant. Brandlarmet gick i mitten av natten men det tog 15 min att stängs av. Nytt hotel men saknas mycket saker.
